We recently purchased a home with Renee Benson serving as our agent. Renee was a delight to work with and was often ready to show us houses on the spur of the moment. That was really important to us, since we were house hunting during a seller’s market, when multiple offers were being received on houses following just the first day or two of listing. So, we had to be aggressive in getting out to see listings. Renee was also very helpful in answering all our questions and making good recommendations. And we never felt pressured to make any decision that we felt was not in our best interest. We would certainly recommend Renee as an agent to anyone looking to buy or sell. I can not say enough about how wonderful Renee has been! As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the home buying process. From our first meeting Renee took the time to explain the process including terminology, the different roles, and what to expect. She calmed my fears and was always available via text or email for any questions or concerns that arose. Renee is simply amazing. My husband and I used Renee to help us find an investment house. We had a list of what we want and we’re critical on budget.Renee was very patient and understanding with us . She has a lot of knowledge in the real estes that She helped us negotiate and just take all the stress off of us. Renee definitely exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a realtor, look no more! Renee Benson is the best you will find anywhere! After a brief illness, I needed to sell my house quickly. She was on top of things from the start. She gave me fantastic advice, helped me stage my house beautifully, researched my area, and came up with a competitive price that knocked my socks off. Her expertise proved itself after we received 4 offers over asking price the first weekend! Renee surpassed my expectations and I could tell she loved her job as much as I appreciated what she did for me!

This was our first time buying a house and Renee was the absolute best. She came to our home and explained everything detail by detail. She had organized plans and time lines that she sent our way for every step. Anytime I had a question she was easily reached by email or cell and immediately responded! We let her know the houses we were interested in and we were able to see all the houses in one afternoon. Renee worked with OUR schedule and made arrangements when my husband and I were at work. She fought hard for concessions from the seller and reviewed all of closing disclosures, noting discrepancies. The whole process Renee was our advocate with seller, lender, and title company. At closing, we had some last-minute delays, but with Renee’s assistance we were able to still close that day. She really had our backs! The best part is that Renee is kind, patient, and trustworthy. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family because of the incredible experience we had working with her.

All I can say is WOW! Renee did an incredible job for us. She recommended the perfect selling price, made several suggestions of things we could do to better prepare the house, kept in touch constantly, put “coming soon” signage up even before the house listed, had pictures including drone footage taken (which were excellent quality), held an open house and handled all the business side of things. Her knowledge of the business is great and she was able to answer all our questions along the way. She sold and closed the house quickly and all parties were pleased! Will definitely use her again!
